Shri. Prem Chandra Maurya, aged 57 years holds a Bachelor of Arts from Allahabad University. Joined the Income Tax Department in 1995 and held various positions in Central Government including Deputy Director (Investigation)/Deputy Commissioner, Additional Director (Investigation) with Settlement Commission of Income Tax (ITSC), CIT in National Faceless Assessment Centre, Delhi, Additional Director (Investigation) in SFIO, a Department of Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PCIT).

Shri. Prem Chandra Maurya has 29 years of rich experience in handling Tax Administration and Investigation which includes representation of tax matters before Tribunal, Head of range in Income Tax, exposure of working in faceless assessment directorate as CIT, exposure of working in Income Tax Department as PCIT, Investigation in various matters in Serious Fraud Investigation Office etc.

Ms. Nigar Fatima Husain, an Indian Defence Estates Service Officer of 1996 batch, has been inducted as Government Nominee Director in the Board of HMT Limited w.e.f. 27.04.2026. She is presently posted as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Commerce & Industry and Ministry of Heavy Industries, Government of India. She has done her B.Sc (Hons.) in Zoology from Kolkata University, LLB from Delhi University, and Post-Graduation in Sociology from Dr. Harisingh Gour Vishwavidyalaya, Sagar (M.P.).

She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Roorkee, Jhansi, Deolali and Mhow Cantonments. She was also Deputy Director General, Defence Estates, looking after Vigilance matters of the Department and as Addl. Director General, Defence Estates, she was responsible for land matters pertaining to the entire Defence land in the country. She has also served as Director, in the Department of School Education and Literacy and as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India.

Smt. Sameena Kohli has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance), HMT Limited w.e.f. 10.06.2024.

Smt. Sameena Kohli brings in 32 years of rich experience in wide range of Finance operations with working in various capacities at BHEL.

Presently, Smt. Sameena Kohli is General Manager at BHEL heading the Finance function of Solar Business Division and Industrial Systems Group. She brings along a rich & versatile experience in manufacturing and service sector over a span of 3 decades.

As Head Finance, she has been instrumental in expeditious project execution and cost control through close monitoring and fast resolution of issues involved.

She had previously worked in various capacities in finance function at BHEL’s Corporate Office & Power Sector also. Being the process savvy person, has spear headed the digitization initiative across various areas related to Finance and Accounting. She has handled areas like Budgeting, Working Capital Management, Operations management, Project Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Receivable Management, Trade Payables etc.,

She is a qualified Cost Accountant & Company Secretary.

Shri. Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai (DIN: 11193263) has been appointed as Non-Official Independent Director on the Board of HMT Limited w.e.f. 15th July, 2025 and for a period of three year from the date of Government Order dated 07th July 2025, or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Shri. Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai, aged 60 years holds Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University. Shri. Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai is an active full time Social Worker and Agriculturist. He has completed Entrepreneurship Development program from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Gujarat. Participated in the Interstate Training Program of Farmers from Anand district (Gujarat) to Gurukul Kurukshetra (Haryana) & Rajasthan on Natural Farming and Advanced Agriculture / Horticulture Technology under Gujarat Prakritik Krushi Vikas Board in 2023. On “Natural Farming” subject, he has given participation in M/s. Natural Farming Training Institute Gurukul, Kurukshetra & also from Gujarat Vidyapith, Krishi Vigyan Kendra (Agriculture Science Center) in 2023.

Shri. Datania Dineshbhai Ramjibhai held the position of Secretary in M/s Lal Darwaja Cooperative Credit Society, Khambhat, Gujarat from 1989 to 1993 and ORG. Secretary of BJP, Ahmedabad City, Gandhinagar District, Kheda District, Gujarat from March 1995 to 2004 and served as Secretary of BJP State OBC Morcha from 2006 to 2010.
